“The greatest wealth is health”
— ~ Virgil

Welcome and thank you for your presence.

My name is Aurélie.

I am a holistic wellness therapist (“holistic” comes from the Greek “hólos” which means “whole” or “whole” and “therapeía” translates as “care”).

Holistic therapy is the art of caring for the human being as a whole.

It is a multi-referential approach which offers and integrates different modalities such as somatic movement and yoga, breathwork, gong and sound relaxation, meditation, coaching, reiki and hypnotherapy. Indeed, the individual holistic approach considers the different aspects of the individual - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual - in order to help overcome stress and anxiety, pain, post-traumatic stress disorders and traumatic experiences or traumatic memories.

These different practices are offered independently or concomitantly.

You can’t control what goes on outside, but you CAN control what goes on inside.

My goal is to share everything that I have learnt, practiced and experienced over the years and offer a space where people can pause, relax and connect with their body, mind, emotions and soul.
