The goal of Integral Yoga is to have an easeful body, peaceful mind & useful life. All people, no matter their age or ability can experience poses to make them feel good, calm and peaceful. All my classes are accessible and adapted to suit individuals’ needs.
YIN YOGA
Yin Yoga is a meditative practice that is designed to regulate the flow of energy in the body. Participants experience long held deep stretches with the purpose of connecting with the rhythm of the breath and cultivating a meditative mind.

Immerse yourself in grounding good vibes. Unwind to the sounds of a Gong Bath that transport you to a state of calm and inspiration. Feel the tension melt away to a gentle state of lightness.

RAJA YOGA FOUNDATION COURSE

Study the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali in-depth through lectures, guided exercises, journalling and spiritual support sessions. This programme is designed to be beneficial to yoga students, yoga teachers and total beginners. You do not need any prior experience in yoga to learn about how to work with your mind.

Know what to do when a pregnant woman walks into your yoga class, learn to adapt poses for all trimesters and health conditions. This course can be taken as a stand alone or as part of the Accessible Prenatal Yoga TT (85-hours).
